The following terms and conditions establish the contractual agreement between you and Basingstoke Airport Service Hub. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you express your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

The terms "Basingstoke Airport Service Hub," "we," or "us" denote the service-providing company. References to "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company engaging in a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure ample time for your journey, particularly for airport transfers where adherence to specified check-in times is crucial. Basingstoke Airport Service Hub will not assume responsibility for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated collection time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a suitably sized vehicle for passengers and luggage. Basingstoke Airport Service Hub does not guarantee accommodation for excess luggage. Please note that, regardless of age, a child counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair accessibility should be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust quotes in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this period will incur standard Basingstoke Airport Service Hub waiting rates. While efforts will be made to accommodate delays, it is not obligatory.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote, review the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Basingstoke Airport Service Hub of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passenger behavior is your responsibility. Charges may apply for vehicle soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance limits on passenger capacity.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Timely notification is essential for cancellations. Charges will apply if cancellation occurs after dispatch, based on time and distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Cancellations made before vehicle dispatch, for online bookings, may incur charges.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to factors beyond our control. Basingstoke Airport Service Hub bears no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative promptly.

6.4 You shall not indemnify Basingstoke Airport Service Hub for expenses arising from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 Parties cannot exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking instantly if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Basingstoke Airport Service Hub may subcontract obligations stated in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Basingstoke Airport Service Hub at any time, with changes reflected on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 Information processing adheres to the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Basingstoke Airport Service Hub and yourself.

8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits to a third party. No third party holds the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date; Basingstoke Airport Service Hub is not obligated to address claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
